We are the exclusive European dealer for US military and government sales for Hobart, Vulcan-Hart, TRUE refrigeration, Randell, Eagle/Metalmaster and Foster refrigeration. In addition, you may choose from one of the widest product and manufacturer ranges that include the best brands in the industry. Many of these well known brands are on our International GSA contract GS-07F-0452K.We pride ourselves in the quality of the products that we supply. However, should there be a problem, we will ensure a fast resolution. In contrast to equipment purchased in the US, our US sourced products come with a standard one year local warranty. No need to send anything back to the States.

Dealing with well known American brands adds to your comfort zone while operating in a foreign country. You need to know that the equipment you have purchased is easily operated by your staff and can be depended upon. All FEM products usually are delivered FOB destination. In addition, we pay close attention to local regulations and requirements such as CE, electrical specifications etc. The biggest plus for you is your equipment is in European specifications and ready to work for you.

4. Specification Sheet Service and CAD Layout/Drawings

You have a requirement, but are not yet sure about what exactly you want? FEM can help you and offer many options. We can supply you with spec sheets for possible products and let you have a look at them. We will work with you to match product and requirement. If it is a more complex project, we will create a custom layout drawing and show you what options you may have.

5. Easy Purchasing Options

When purchasing from FEM, you have many options. We accept US government and military purchase orders in US-Dollar and in Euros. You can pay with your GPC-VISA-Card, with US checks, European checks, electronic funds transfer/wire transfer to our bank in the US ($ only) or in Germany ($ and Euro). Payment terms are as stated in the contract. We accept contractual requirements such as FAR/DFAR clauses.

6. Delivery and Installation

We deliver FOB Destination customer unless required otherwise. This means no hassles for you! No waiting or organizing of shipping. No lost items at warehouses/depots. We take care of all the whole shipping process for you. For many products, żou will only have to unpack and plugg it in. If desired, we can arrange for the following: removal and discard of old equipment, unpack and put into place as well as install and hook up the new equipment. We have technicians available close to your location! Maintenance and other service support is available.
