Working with the customer, we delivered a solution to meet this Java Cafe's specific requirements. This included the design and layout as well as equipment and furniture (except for the counters which were made by USAG Heidelberg itself).

Design of the complete package including counters, all equipment, chairs, tables and decor package. Introduction of new type of espresso machine to the program as well as the most advanced dishwasher available: the HOBART PREMAX with integrated dry program to prevent steam from exiting the machine when opened. In addition, we also equipped a storage room.

Redesigning an exisiting serving line in order to improve and simplify the flow of customers. This lead to a complete new design that was restricted by the odd shaped space that it had to go in as well as the need to use exisitng supply lines and hoods. We managed this in close contact with the user in order to maximize efficiency for both customers and servers.
